Steps from the pool is a new beautiful studio apartment with a queen bed, kitchenette with sink, microwave, and beverage refrigerator. There is a sitting area with custom built-in tv and attached bathroom with tiled shower, The studio has its own private screened in entrance on the ground floor so that access is without stairs. This is great for family’s with older members that have difficulty with stairs or others that want to be a part of the gathering but still maintain their own space. The studio apartment can be rented for an additional fee and is only available to the renters of the main house.
New direct access boat dock with lift also available for an additional fee.

- Currently, we only accept bookings from US and Canadian Citizens.
**There is a 30 night stay minimum.
A 50% deposit of rental cost and tax will be required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of rental cost, tax, security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee will be due 60 days prior to checking in.
A 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
