Rental Policies

- Currently, we only accept bookings from US and Canadian Citizens.
**There is a 30 night stay minimum.
A 50% deposit of rental cost and tax will be required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of rental cost, tax, security deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee will be due 60 days prior to checking in.
A 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
